Declaration of Establishment
of the
Church of Voluntaryism

Established on May 25th, 2025
(Chronia: 15.06.08)

We, the founders and first caretakers of the Church of Voluntaryism, hereby declare and establish a new spiritual community for those who live by the principles of peace, personal sovereignty, and voluntary association.

Founded under the protection of the World Voluntaryist Organisation (WVO), the Church offers a sacred path for individuals who reject domination in all its forms and choose to live with integrity, autonomy, and moral responsibility.

This Church is founded in the spirit of truth, natural order, and mutual respect, and shall serve as a sanctuary for individuals seeking to live freely and responsibly in accordance with natural law and the sacred principles of voluntaryism.

Article 1: Name and Nature
The name of this church shall be The Church of Voluntaryism.
It is a global, decentralized religious and philosophical body that exists outside the control of any state or coercive authority. It shall never be registered with any government or political body. It is a spiritual society grounded in natural law and voluntary relations.

Article 2: Mission and Purpose
The mission of the Church of Voluntaryism is to:

  • Promote a way of life based on non-aggression, voluntary cooperation, and respect for life and property;

  • Cultivate inner peace, harmony with nature, and community among voluntaryists;

  • Protect and consecrate lands, homes, and communities as sacred spaces for spiritual growth and peaceful living;

  • Offer spiritual guidance rooted in truth, reason, and liberty;

  • Uphold and transmit our shared faith through education, rites of passage, and sacred ceremonies.

Article 3: Statement of Faith
(The Voluntaryist Confession of Faith)

We declare the following beliefs to be the foundation of our faith and moral order:

We believe that every individual is born free and sovereign, with inherent dignity and natural rights that come not from any state, but from nature and existence itself.

We believe in the sacred principle of non-aggression, which forbids the initiation of force, coercion, or fraud against others.

We believe in voluntaryism — that all human relations should be based on voluntary consent and mutual respect.

We believe in natural law, which arises from the nature of reality and the universal morality that governs peaceful coexistence.

We believe in the sanctity of life, liberty, and property, and in the right of all peaceful beings to pursue their purpose without interference.

We recognize no rulers, no masters, and no gods above the individual’s conscience, except the truth itself, and the natural laws that bind all things.

We believe that peace is only possible through voluntaryism, and that no just society can be founded on coercion.

We believe in personal responsibility, self-ownership, and the cultivation of moral virtue as the highest path of spiritual development.

We hold that nature is to be revered and protected, as a reflection of the sacred order of life.

We believe in community without control, in brotherhood without bondage, and in love without force.

Article 4: Structure and Independence
The Church of Voluntaryism respects both individual autonomy and voluntary leadership. Positions of responsibility may exist, but shall only arise through free consent, never by coercion. Each community or congregation is self-governing, structured according to its own needs and the freely accepted principles of this faith.

The Church has no compulsory authority and shall never impose dogma. It exists entirely independent of all states, governments, or political institutions. Its spiritual authority arises solely from the free will of its members and their shared commitment to truth, peace, and voluntaryism.

Article 5: Founding and Recognition
This Declaration shall stand as the founding document of the Church of Voluntaryism. It may be recognized, adopted, and affirmed by any group or individual who shares this faith.

Founders

The Church of Voluntaryism is guided by those who have committed their lives to the protection of peace, conscience, and spiritual sovereignty. These stewards serve not as rulers, but as caretakers—guarding the sacred principles of voluntaryism, upholding the Covenant, and supporting all who walk the path of truth and non-aggression.
